Friday Friday
I have class tomorrow, and a little bit of work to do tonight for it. The semester is winding down and I've been getting hit pretty hard with work. I think I've realised why the workload has been so great this semester. Because I'm in the archives program, and half the program is library science basics, and the other half is in archives, I got all the heavy-hitting core library science classes at once.
But at least I'm getting them over with.

Red Sox
In honor of Gabe Kapler now playing for the Red Sox, I present this link:

Maybe it's old news, but I never knew until the other night.

So It Goes . . .
I had Friday off because I worked some on Labor Day. Rob and I went to the beach, specifically, North Myrtle Beach. It was off-season so it wasn't bad. There sure was a lot of kitschy scenery though - seafood restaurants with gigantic grinning crabs on the roof, wearing a sailor cap at a jaunty angle, and a putt-putt place with humongous octopus.
The main attraction was Brookgreen Gardens. That place was really cool, but there is so much stuff there it's overwhelming. I saw a statue there named the Alligator Bender, which I think it awesome. Too bad you can't tell from that photo.
I had to get back here Sunday and get homework done. I have some project to do everything this week. It's not everwhelming but I'm ready for this semester to be over.
And work has been crazy. Don't even ask.
