One Class Over, Anyway
I finished one of my classes Saturday. It was a management class. We had to present a final group project, a line-item budget for a library. These two girls in my group took over crunching the numbers because they understood spreadsheets. And since they had done all that work with the numbers, I volunteered to be the main speaker at the presentation. I didn't geta final draft of the presentation until Friday, and that had the budget total left off because the spreadsheet girl hadn't finished yet. I didn't get a draft with the total until right before class Saturday morning.
They had given a library with six full-time employees a budget of over $12 million.
I lost it during the presentation and burst out laughing.
It will be interesting to see what sort of grade I get.
