Savannah
Savannah was pretty darn cool. Among other things it was the first planned city in the country, with the grid of streets broken up by squares. You can see this pattern here.
Of course, that's only the old part of the city. Our hotel would be in the upper left corner of that map, so we got to see this from our window.
But saw lots of history stuff. We went here and here.
It was hard to escape this place. But we did not go inside, no.
