Did It Again
I worked out last night for the second time in as many weeks. That's doing pretty well, considering. However, I have been having this on-again off-again soreness in my left elbow. I don't know why the heck it's hurting because I haven't done anything to it. It started back before I even lifted weights last week. That was last week, wasn't it? I can only think I slept on it funny. The only thing it really bothered me during was the curls, and it didn't like that one bit.
Today on my lunch break I went and swam in the outdoor pool. There were two other guys there swimming laps while I was which a first for this summer. When I was almost finished dressing afterwards one of them came into the changing room. The changing room is frankly too small - there's only enough room in there for two guys to change and even them it's a little tight. This guy was painfully skinny, and right on his heels came the third guy. The third guy had shoulder-length sandy-blonde hair and some muscular development but he looked more like a tennis player than anything else. He asked, "You guys swim here often?" I thought he was speaking to the skinny guy but then I realised he was addressing the group in general. So I said I swim there a couple times a week and I left. I got the impression the skinny guy didn't speak much English.
I thought it was odd that the blonde guy asked that. Maybe he was just trying to defuse a potentially homo-something situation because of the tight quarters, but it sure seemed like a pick-up line to me.

Obligation Post
I took Monday and Wednesday off, so between the weekend and the Fourth I just had five days off. I didn't do a whole lot. I slept a lot and watched movies and television shows on DVD. The most notable film I saw was Shallow Grave. Other things include an episode of Boston Legal (why did they package that show so the last disc had only one episode on it?) and Star Trek Voyager, and the Hercules movie with this guy in it.
I also slept a lot.
