A Satisfied Customer
Last Wednesday I went home to discover a telephone message from someone at the Chevrolet dealership. It was about installing a CD player in my car.
The guy who left the message seemed to think someone else had already called me to tell me what was going on. There's some bad communication at that place. But after we got everything ironed out, here's what happened.
People from the dealership came to my apartment building last Thursday and picked up my car. They took it to the dealership, installed a JVC CD player with a detachable face-plate, and then brought it back to my apartment building. They had cut a new key so they could get into it and start it, and after the installation they left the new key in the ashtray and locked the car from the inside before shutting it up.
I'm now completely happy with my car. I got a survey from General Motors about my satisfaction and I gave the dealership really high marks. Hey, they bought that feedback with the CD player. I don't have a problem with that.
Plus, a friend of mine who used to sell cars said that dumbass salesman probably had to pay for the CD player out of his commission.
Heh.
